# Ethernaut Challenge-2 Fallout

We again copy the contract code inside the Remix Ide and then create an instance of that contract from the address already available to us.

In solidity, **A function with the same name as the contract is normally a constructor and its bytecode aren't included in the resulting contract**.

Hence this is the flaw that is present inside the smart contract. The developer has written a function to make it a constructor but there is a spelling mistake while writing this function.

Thereby we can simply call the Fal1Out function and claim the ownership.
